Welcome to the web site for AMFIKLIA OPEN 2010.

The competition will be held from Wednesday (12 May 2010) to Saturday (15 May 2010).

Location:
The take-off is located on a slope 1000m ASL, at the North side of Parnassos Mountain. This is the place where competitions for the Greek championship took place in the past. The terrain gives good XC potential and interesting competition tasks. The place is next to the town of Amfiklia.

Program:

- Tuesday 11/5 - registrations 18:00pm-20:00pm
- Wednesday - registrations 8:00am-10:00am. 1st competition day
- Thurday 13/5 - registrations 9:00am-10:00am. 2nd competition day
- Friday 14/5 - registrations 9:00am-10:00am. 3rd competition day
- Saturday 15/5 - 4th competition day and awards giving

Entry fee:
The entry fee will be 60 euros
Entry fee includes transportation to the take off place, retrievals from main asphalt roads, competition map, competition T-shirt, daily lunch packet is also included.

Notice: For pilots without third party insurance the organization can provide that. There is an insurance fee covering third party liability in competition, valid for all competitions in Greece during 2010.

Insurance cover for personal accidents and repatriation is also required. The relevant documents proving the insurance cover should be in English or Greek.

Transportation: Trucks to the take off will be leaving from HQ. The gliders and pilots transportation will be starting at 10:30 in order all pilots to be at the Take Off in time. Any changes in the transportation will be announced by the organizer in time.
